SQL2K5 doesn't support legacy outer joins. (*= or =*). I have lot of code which needs to be migrated.

I can solve this by changing the compatibility, but don't want to do that.

Anyone has scripts , tips?

change them to LEFT OUTER and RIGHT OUTER as per ANSI syntax.

I know that, are there any scripts to automate this conversion?

Nope ... just script out all the stored procedures and get to work!
