hi
on executing following script

execute as user = 'domain\sqlman'

GO
DECLARE @EndDate DATETIME

SET @EndDate = GetDate()

EXEC dbo.ap_mtn_Sync_Table_data @EndDate, 'LU_'
-----------------------------------------------------
it gives error ;

The server principal "domain\sqlman" is not able to access the database "prodDB" under the current security context.

Did you check whether 'domain\sqlman' has access to teh database?

i have provided admin rights to this account

Moreover this account is exist on both servers with admin rights
