Transactional replication latency alert is not firing. What could be the reason?Latency is exceeding the threshold. "Performance cretical" is displayed in the Replication Monitor. But alert is not firing. |

An alert named "Replication Warning: Transactional replication latency (Threshold: latency)" was already there in the distributor for error number 14161. I just selected "Notify operators" under response. If I manually raise the error as follows, it sends email.raiserror(14161,10,1, '0', '30', 'Testing') |

I've the same scenario, Transactional replication in SQL Server 2005 with SP3 + HF 4266, the Replication Warning Latency Alert is not sending any notification when it meet or exceeds the defined threshold. Alert history shows 0 occurrences. Any help will be apprecaited. |
