Do any of the dynamic management views (DMV's) provide the current processor utilization percent like you would find in PerfMon?

I don't believe so, but you can easily get to this from SQL Server by writing a CLR object. .NET code can get to PerfMon, which means we can put it into a .NET CLR stored procedure.
