| I have to upgrade from SQL2005 Standard to SQL2005 Enterprise. I have the script written to accomplish this using the SKUUpgade=1 option and have tested it on my test server. Part of this process is that SQL uninstalls the SP prior to the upgrade. The upgrade went well, but now I can not install the SP. I have tried upgrading to SP1 first and have two different copies of SP2 (one from estore and the other from SQL downloads). None of these options work. Each one fails but does not give a reason. I am looking for any assistance I can get as this Saturday I have to upgrade production. Upgrading will be the quickest, but if I have two I can detach the db and uninstall and reinstall SQL in the cluster.Raymond LaubertMCSE, MCDBA, MCITP:Administration, MCT |

| Found the issue. For some reason, my account did not have admin rights to a couple of files in the SQL directory.Raymond LaubertMCSE, MCDBA, MCITP:Administration, MCT |
