| One faculty updated her contact info and when she saved, other faculty's info showed up for her. This other person stated that he was updating his info as well few seconds earlier.What do you think is happening? Our software vendor suggested to apply this hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940569. |

| Information is saving in address table and application takes that addressid and facultyid and inserting them in link table.Every time they update it creates new record in address table and make previous one inactive.If one person creates a record it creates an id and that id is getting inserted into other person's record in link table. |
