Data model can be done some tool like ERWIN etc... like that can it be done in MS SQL ?? .

Yes you can create entity relationship diagrams inside SQL Server.

i think in sql 2000 enterprise manager can do.. but that is for created table,cannot create new am i correct?? .. can u say any document link to see how to do.. also if i create that will the script also generated ??? this diagram and scrpt will be stored in what kind of file ???

You can create ERDs in SQL Server 2005 and 2008.

In Enterprise Manager, select the database --> Diagrams --> click new.

cognos79, you can't use Enterprise Manager with SQL Server 2005.

niranjankumark, you can create an ERD in Management Studio for SQL Server 2005. Just navigate to Database Diagrams under the intended database.
