sql 2005 fails to insert any recods

sql 2005 fails to insert any recods

Hi all
i am trying to input some values into my sql 2005 db and i get the following msg
"This cell has changed. The change has not been committed to the database.The original data is NULL"
does anyone know why my db wont let me input or insert any records..

Better yet. Get out of the habit of using Open Table to input data. Use insert statements rather

just one more question how do i get one of my field (ID) to auto incrment without me inseting a value in it

You will have to declare that column as an Identity column.
