| We are wanting to install SQL Server 2005 on an existing SQL 2000 two node active/passive cluster. Is it possible to break the cluster and then install SQL 2005 on the passive node, then have users test the upgraded 2005 database on this node. When testing is complete we would then install SQL 2005 on the active node and re-enable the cluster. Is this possible? Are there any dangers to this? If it's possible is this the best way to go about doing it?Thanks!Dustin |
