| I have a package with 4 variables in it.I would like to schedule the package as a sql job.This pacakges is developed & is to be deployed on our Development servers.I have saved the SSIS package to the Development SQL Server.How do I schedule my package as a job?Is there any additional steps required to save the SSIS package variables as well? |

| If variables are in the scope of the package ,then they should be fine. Well Can you elaborate what your package is doing? |

| It is a simple package that dump's data into flat files.The variables are place holder for some validation on the incoming data. |

| Then schedule it with SQL Server agent Job. Choose Integration Services for Job type. |
