What is the best way to find out the memory consumtion by sql server.

The server has 2GB of RAM. Please suggest me which is the correct way to know the memory being used by SQL Server?

The following are the statistics I collected.

Task Manager is fine plus Total Server Memory (KB) in PerfMon.
