Hi

Im using perfmon and seeing relatively high amount of page faults.. I want to narrow this down to how many are caused by SQL... maybe an easy question but is it just the SQLSERVR proces i want or should I look at SQLAGENT, SQLMAGR etc

many thanks

SQLServr is the one of interest, rest do not perform significant data processing to be of importance.

Hi

Im just revisiting this (!!)... I understand what page faults are etc... but Im not sure I understand what is the root cause of page faults i.e I understand teh symptom but not sure where it leads to as a diagnosing the cause ..
