| Dear friends, I'm a coldfusion programmer, Since now I've been using MS Access as my Backend, but now I planned to switch to MS-SQL Server.I've Designed and Developed my Data base, But I don't know how to connect SQL based database through ODBC. Please help me by trouble shooting...help will be appreciated.Thank youHunter |

| First, you should use OLE DB, not ODBC for your connection. Secondly, I assume you're trying to do something like ASP development. The 4guysfromrolla.com site has a lot of articles on this. |

| Yes dear its true, Cold Fusion is like ASP only...and I'm doing it using MS-Access only. So planning to improve upon handling large database. Anyway thanks a lot for providing me with the hint. And I check the resource you provided me with. :D |
