debbie writes "Merge Replication had been setup to migrate information onto another server for load balancing purposes. I had some problems after we updated to SP2 but found the fixes listed and successfully ran another sync after the upgrade. I had not checked the system for some time because the merge only runs once a week. When I checked I found the publication had been deleted but the agents still existed. Now I am faced with manually cleaning up the system. I have been able to cleanup the agents but have been unsuccessful in cleaning up the database. It still contains the conflict tables, which are system tables, and it looks like I might have to delete them before I can restart the merge replication. Can someone give me clues on how to clean this up?"
