 job failing with no access

I took away sysadmin role from the user and now he is getting an error running the job "the owner of job xyz does not have server access' , which privilige do I need to give the user ?

You should change job owners to those who has necessary privileges.

I cant change the owner of the job, i want to give the owner privilege to be able to run the job
