I can see one error on my Prod SQL server error log

Error: 15457, Severity: 0, State: 1

Any idea why this is coming?
How I can resolve this error?

This is SQL server 2000 with Service pack 3A

Also adding second error

Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 1 to 1. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install..
