Can we Create Non-Clustered on Primary Key Column and can we Create Clustered Index on Non Primary Key Column.

By default,
the clustered index created in primary key column, so we can't create more than one clustered index per table.

That isn't why we can't create more than one clustered index. The reason is because that's how the data is physically stored.
