Which information are you looking for?

Syscomments should have the trigger definition. Sysobjects will tell you what kind of trigger it is and which table it is defined on...


BTW, since you refer to system tables as "data dictionary" I'm thinking you could be working with Oracle... In that case disregard my answer -- I'm talking about SQL Server.
