We are having problems with applications timing out on our SQL Server. One of them is a web app and the other is a desktop app. Both applications have been running with no problems for the last 3 or 4 months. All of a sudden in the past week we are getting intermittent timeout errors. It has been suggested that as developers we handle the time issue in our apps. It is our opinion that we all need to look at the big picture and find out what the overall problem is and how to fix it correctly. Any suggestions?Sql Server 2005Visual Studio 2008 and 2005Apps are coded in C sharp. Thanks for the helpCoachBarker |

To the best of my knowledge yes they are, but since I am a developer I have nothing to do with the DB except to make sure my apps all have connections. Thanks for the helpCoachBarker |
