We have SQL Server 2000 on one server and WSS 3 (Windows Sharepoint Services) on another.

Does anyone know if it's possible to make a connection to WSS in SQL Server, via a linked server or otherwise? I haven't found a way to do it.

Thanks,

Kevin

Thanks for the links. They make it sound like it is possible. When time allows I'll explore those options.

In the meantime, I guess I was hoping for a way to connect like you can with Access so that everything is easy to work with. I'm using Access 2007 and on the External Data ribbon there's a SharePoint list button. When I run through that I can query lists on our SharePoint server.
