| HiI have installed the Microsoft visual studio 2005 in my computer. It works fine in my computer .last week the windows installed in my computer have a serious problem , then to make it fine I have repair the windows installed in my computer.But after repairing my window , the visual studio works normally but the sql server( SQLexpress) 2005 is not starting in my computer .Whats the problem plz suggest me.I am lokking for your answer.sharad subedisharad subedi |

thanks visakh16,yes, I did also try to start the SQLEXPRESS from surface area configuration manager but it did not start. But the SQL server browser is started from surface area configuration manager.can you give me any further suggestion.sharad subedi |

Thanks visakh16I try to reinstall the SQL express using the visual studion 2005 DVD from which I was installed all the package provided by visual studio including SQL server 2005.But when I try to add/remove features using visual studio 2005 maintenance mode there is no SQL server 2005 is shown in item in selection list but all other item is shown clearly. What is the problem?I have faced this problem already, that time I had format the computer and reinstall the visual studio 2005 due to lack of time to repair it.I am waiting for your suggestion sharad subedi |
