Formatting: Freezing columns and Word Wrap

Hello,

I want to freeze the first two rows of my report so when I export it to excel columns A and B are frozen. I've set the layout "FixedHeader" property to true. This freezes the first two columns in the web browser but once I export it to excel, the column freeze is gone.

What am I missing here?

Also,

I want to NOT word wrap a column so that it does not make each row of the report big. I unchecked the "Can Increase to accomodate contents" on the Format tab in the columns properties. This works great in the browser but once I export it to excel, the column word wraps again!!!

What am I missing here?

I hope there are solutions to these seemingly non-trivial problems.

No solution??? I am sure someone has ran into this before.
