The company I represent will be implementing PeopleSoft version 8 during calendar year 2002 (HR, GL, AP, AR, and Payroll). We are leaning towards putting the database on Windows 2000 Advanced Server and SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition on a pair of 8-way Compaq DL760s configured in an active/passive cluster with a big honking fibre channel shared disk array. I would be VERY interested in comparing notes or swapping experiences with any other folks out there who have implemented or are implementing PeopleSoft in a similar environment (particularly PeopleSoft version 8 on SQL Server 2000). Thanks! |
