| I'm creating a report that shows hour many hours a user has worked on a clients case. There are times when the user will not work on a case for weeks or months. Even though the user has no activity on a case for the month of May, for example, I still want the report to show zero hours for that case.Not sure how to write up the IF THEN statement. Thanks for any help. |
