Are the settings in the DB Maintenance plan stored anywhere?
I am using sql 2000

Do you mean wher the plan itself is stored? If so, then in msdb.

If not, then please explain what you are after further.

Hi,

I want this information

DATABASES
DBA

SERVERS
(local)

OPTIMIZATIONS
Occurs every 1 week(s) on Sunday, at 01:00:00.
Perform the following actions:
Reorganize data and index pages, changing the free space to 10 percent of the original space.

INTEGRITY CHECKS
Occurs every 1 week(s) on Sunday, at 00:00:00.
Perform the following actions:
Check database

COMPLETE BACKUP
Occurs every 1 week(s) on Sunday, at 02:00:00.
Backup media: Disk
Store backup files in the default SQL Server Backup directory.
Delete backup files which are older than 4 Week(s).
Verify the backup after completion.



This info is available at the time of creation of a maintenanace plan
Can I get it from anywhere later

You'll find the information in msdb in the following tables:

sysdbmaintplans
sysdbmaintplan_jobs
sysdbmaintplan_history
sysdbmaintplan_databases
