On Vista, we are installing our user data to 'Program Files' folder, I know MS recommend to install all user changable database to 'ProgramData' folder.

Now the question is will the database be virtualized (to somewhere like ..\Users\usr_id\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\...)? We observed the virtualization on MS Access database, while not yet on SQL Server database (two types of databases included in one product, one will be enabled/used depending on configuations at install), this triggered the suspect that SQL Server may prevent/avoid database virtualization on Vista?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
PB
