I've not had that happen - very odd. I know that SSMS stores a lot in the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Shell\SqlStudio.bin file (such as the list of recent servers). I delete that periodically - it's safe to delete; SSMS will create a new one on startup. I wonder if that will help? Just FYI: deleting that file will clear your recent servers list.========================================================I have about 1,000 video tutorials on SQL Server 2008, 2005, and 2000 over at http://www.learnitfirst.com/Database-Professionals.aspx |
