Author  Topic  pwavhal Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2009-08-27 : 06:10:34 Hi, I am using SCOM SP1 for our environment. SCOM Reporting was working till yesterday. Today we found that while opening reporting from SCOM console it is giving an error "Loading reporting hierarchy failed" & also in the event viewer I found that : "Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the Windows extension" Any idea about this. Thanks.
