Visual Studio will not close and not even can I re-boot the machine,

When I try to exit Visual Studio, I get this message: "Microsoft Visual Studio Cannot shut down because a model dialog is active. Close the active dialog and try again.

Not sure how this works, Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to Task Manager and kill it there. If that doesn't work, go to the Processes table and look for devenv.exe, and kill that.

I meant Processes tab on Task Manager, sorry. If Process Explorer doesn't work, you can try the TASKKILL command-line utility.
