Hi,
i have not taken the backup of my database and mistakely i have deleted a table's all data ,
can any one please help me regarding this, can i restore the data of the table using the .ldf or the .mdf file.
please help me in this regard at: dhruvamca@gmail.com

If you have never taken a backup of that database ever, then you're pretty unlikely to get anything back. Without a backup the transaction log is truncated on a regular basis (about every minute) and entries relating to old transactions are discarded.

You can try downloading RedGate's SQL Log rescue and having a go at the transaction log with that, but the chances are slim.

Why no backups?
