Hello,I am running Windows XP and I keep getting 2 error messages when I start my computer in reference to my SQL Server 2005 installation. I have tried to uninstall through the Add/Remove Programs and also by using the run command and I cannot get it to uninstall. I have tried following the instructions on the MS site on how to manually uninstall and I cannot get that to work either. I am not sure what info you need to help me with this issue but whatever it is I will provide it.I really appreciate the help. Thanks |

I have been thinking about what else I could tell you to help fix the problem. I have searched for SQLEVN70.rll and I cannot find it on my computer. When I open the Micorsoft SQL Server file in "Program Files" I have /80 /90 /MSSQ.1 then when I open up those files I have multiples of the same folders but in all the subdirectories I cannot find the file SQLEVN70.rll. I used the program Windows Install Cleanup to now avail. I have cleaned the registry with CCleaner and tried to uninstall again but when i try to remove the program from Add/Remove Programs it just flickers and then doesn't go any further. Please help if you can! Thanks!~sqlnoob09 |
