P2P replication problem

I just set up the peer to peer replication for sqlserver 2008, I entered to the replication monitor and I am looking at the following error:

Error messages:
The process could not connect to Subscriber 'SQLC001\VAPIN001'. (Source: MSSQL_REPL, Error number: MSSQL_REPL20084)
Get help: http://help/MSSQL_REPL20084
Login failed for user 'MYDOMAIN\_xcluadmin'. (Source: MSSQLServer, Error number: 18456)
Get help: http://help/18456

Do you know what is this about???
