Dear All,
I am using SQL Server 2000 (server version), and recently I upgraded my windows from Windows 2000 server to Windows 2003 server. I have two webservers i) IIS, and ii) Apachee. When I tried to connect from my web page to database server it produced unable to connect Sql server, not associate any trusted connection or user/pass. It was working on Windows 2000 server, but not working Windows 2003 server. I tried to update SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine for Windows 2003 Server but failed.

Can anyone helps me regarding above matter.

Best Regards,
Abdullah Al Mamun

Did you reinstall SQL Server correctly after upgrade? Did you configure MSDTC correctly which talks with webservers? Also enable remote connections.

Did you recreate the user accounts your webserver uses to connect to the sql database.

You will likely want to used mixed authentication mode as well.

Did you do an in-place upgrade of the OS or did you start over from scratch?
