I am having a problem with the "Open File" dialog in SQL Management Studios being extremely slow (20 seconds) to respond when I do the following:
1) Click File > Open > File... or click the "Open File" menu button.
2) After the dialog opens, clicking Cancel to dialog, or Opening a file also takes about 20 seconds to complete.

Has anyone else had this problem and know a fix for it?
Windows 7 32 bit Version info:
Current Build: 7600
Edition: Enterprise
Current Version: 6.1
BuildLabEx: 7600.16385.x86fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255

I have the latest windows updates and software updates:

SQL Management Studios 2005 version Info:
Version: 9.00.4035.00
.NetFramwork Version: 2.0.50727.4927

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured out the problem. It was Kaspersky Antivirus Release candidate for Windows 7 that I had installed that was causing the problem.
