I need to write a script that shows in detail --
- Calls are directed to an agent but redirected to another agent or IVR
- The Agent that missed the call
- The Agent State of the first agent
- The Agent that finally handled the call

Can someone help me with this? It seems simple, but I just can't get it to come out right...
