| Hi..I am using matrix report.I added two row groups and one subtotal.Followin is my current output format. Category-SubCategory - Qtr1 - Qtr2(single column group) Cat1 - SubCat1 - 10 - 20 Cat1 - SubCat2 - 12 - 25 Total - 22 - 45 Cat2 - SubCat3 - 20 - 20 Cat2 - SubCat4 - 33 - 23 Total - 53 - 43 .......... My requirement is 1.Initailly when i click on viewreport only Category and Total has to display i.e Subcategory and columngroup values should be hidden.Category SubCategory Qtr1 Qtr2.. +Cat1 Total 22 45 +Cat2 Total 53 43When I expand Category i have to show complete details Qtr1 Qtr2 ....Category || SubCategory Cat1 SubCat1 10 20 Cat1 SubCat2 12 25 Total 22 45 Cat2 SubCat3 20 20 Cat2 SubCat4 33 23 Total 53 43 .......... |

| In the "Grouping and Sorting" Properties go to "Visibility" tab and Check "Visibility can be toggled by another report item" and select the component that you need to toggle. |
