Is there a way to mass map columns during an import? That's probably not the correct way to ask. I'll explain...I have 12 flat files that I'm importing into 12 tables. Because of the way the data is stored in the flat files I'm having to manually map each field. I have a data dictionary and everything is in alphabetical order. So everything lines up between my data dictionary and the import utility. Seems silly to do these one at a time. Also seems like a waste of time to manually map these ~1500 columns.I've been reading but I'm not sure what to even search for. Thanks! |
