Yes...I JUST posted in the Corral in "Coming to Town" and it still say Kristen, even after I hit Active topics to refresh the board...Let me hit F5 like Tara suggests...my T60 seems to be on it's legs though....time for (ANOTHER) wipe....I hate reinstalling everythingBrett8-)Hint: Want your questions answered fast? "Maybe it's an AI thing and is smart enough NOT to acknowledge anything I post...."I see myself in Active topics if I click the icon to see topics more recent than the list than is showing.I do:Active TopicsRight-click and Open-In-New-Tab for any that are interesting.Work through each tab, then close-tab.Then back to the origin tab and click the icon to get a fresh list. Its at this point that I see my replies**, and any newer stuff too.** i.e. I see myself in the Last Post columnRoot page for forum tends to show older-poster than myself though. |

You are both seeing the exact same version of the forum. There's no caching in the forum software at all. If you're at work I'd also suspect a corporate proxy server. I've had that problem at certain clients. Does it happen at home also?I haven't changed any significant code in the forum in years. If it just started doing this and it's only doing it for you I'd suspect something between you and the site.=================================================Creating tomorrow's legacy systems today. "And firefox is 10 time faster"... and all those Plugins you can while away the day playing with.GreaseMonkey script to hide all the SQL Team posts you are not interested in ...... actually, come to think of it, maybe you are already using an Automated Obtuse Answering GreaseMonkey Script? |

Chrome gets my vote too though it crashes too much on my work machine to be usable its great on my home one. Firefox just takes too long to load up-----------Deja Moo - The feeling you've heard the same bull before. |

"Firefox just takes too long to load up"And to shut down .... disappears from screen quickly enough, is still running in Task manager ages later (possibly minutes later, I haven't timed it). Can't restart it until its closed fully of course. I wish I had even an inkling of what it was doing! |
