i have a report in reporting services ,that take a long time to display(i dont know if this right word) it,why?(it is just a table with 300,000 rows)there is a limt number of rows ,that SSRS can show them in short time? |

Does the report displays all 300,000 rows? Who wants to see 300,000 rows?Maybe your select to retrieve the wanted rows isn't fine?Maybe there are proper indexes on the table missing? No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die. |

300,000 rows? Say there are 100 rows per page, it would mean the report is only 3,000 pages long.If you read 500 pages per day, it would only take you 6 days to complete the report! N 56°04'39.26"E 12°55'05.63" |
