Hi everyone,

I want sample database to start sql programming.
I know about adventureworks and northenwind.
but i dont know how to get it or download it from internet
can anyone please send any direct link to download database.

This is again confusing me because i got that link but there is not any option to download database.
i opened that pdf file but in that link a lot of things there so i m confused.
please give me direct link for that.

i have been executed the setup file then i get the mdf file in program files but how to attach database as there is not any ldf file.

Please help me out

in SQL Server from Object Explorer have you tried right click on Databases and select Attach.
Try and attach the file and it should be restored, you should be able to see the database.
