* I have 3 databases. One as a publisher and other two as subscribers under the publisher.

* I do merge replication between those DBs on same server.
* When I add a record to subscriberA it updates the pulisher and SubscriberB accordingly.

* Then when I delete the same record from SubscriberB and synchronize it deletes that record from publisher. (I have stopped updating subscriberB).

* Then I resynchronize SubscriberB with publisher.

* Now the deleted record should be added again to pulisher. But it DOES NOT HAPPEN!

* Can anyone explain why it is so? And how can I resolve it?

That's because you deleted it, so the data no longer exists.
