| We've just started using ClearTrace 2008 and we're trying to import multiple trace files. So, we select the first file in the group (the files have the same filename except for the number suffix which ranges from 285 to 484, ie '20100329_ProdSQLSvr_trace_<suffix>.trc' - all files approx 200MB each) and tick the 'Process All Trace Files in Sequence' box. All the Tracefiles belonging to the group reside in their own directory, ie no other trace files from other time-periods reside there.When we import the files, the Import Status tab shows that only 1 trc file has been found. The other files are not picked up, though they reside in the same directory. We have tried renaming a couple of the files with the suffix starting at 1, but this still doesn't work.Does anyone have any idea why ClearTrace is not picking up multiple files?Thanks in advance |
