Hi there,

I have issue and dont know how to solve it properly. In report manager I have directory BASE REPORTS. There is REPORT1 ,which results could be clicked and user is passed to another REPORT2 with specific parameters.

When user DOMAIN\CORPORATE connect to REPORT1, its working fine and he could be also passed to REPORT2.

Now I face situation, that I have another user DOMAIN\DIVISION1 which can attempt to REPORT1, but one of the parameter is set to DEFAULT VALUE and cant be changed by DOMAIN\DIVISION1. So I created linked report to folder LINKED REPORTS. I gave to DOMAIN\DIVISION1 security rights BROWSER only to folder LINKED REPORTS. Now user can run REPORT1 without problem, but when he tries to click to specific result values and pass to REPORT2 it says The permissions granted to user 'DOMAIN\Division1' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied). I dont want to give DOMAIN\Division1 any rights to folder BASE REPORTS.

Only way how to let DOMAIN\Division1 work properly is set him also BROWSER rights to BASE REPORTS\REPORT2.

Do you know how to solve it withou rights to BASE REPORTS?

Thanks a lot
