I apologize in advice for my lack of SQL Server knowledge. I'm actually trying to finish setting up a Blackberry Server and all I need to do is connect remotely to my SRV-A from SRV-B, but it won't it just keeps erroring out and what I don't understand is SRV-A's running Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express, but I don't see Configuration Tools in "All Programs". All i've got is "SQL Server Error and Usage Reporting." and every I keep reading about troubleshooting remote issues tells me to verify TCP/IP and Name Piping is enabled. Is there a safe way to add these tools back in? I did create a backup following these steps:

http://www.serverintellect.com/support/sqlserver/database-backup-ssmse.aspx

Another thing i noticed is when I go into Add/Remove Programs. Unlike my SRV-B I can see SQL Server 2005 and Management Studio Express are install. Where as SRV-A doesn't have a Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Should this be installed too? I thought Studio Express was just an enhanced/easier to use interface? Doesn't it still need SQL Serve 2005?
