| Hi ,I have a table with 5 lakh records .We run a job daily .Based on some condition data is either deleted ,inserted or updated .My question is as deletion of records is a daily operation, will delete segment grow or rollback segemnt grow in sql server.I know tht transaction log is like rollback segment and redolog file in Oracle.But will the transaction log file grow due to frequent delete operation and if it grows is it a problem ?Thanks,Preethi MR |
