| After the server reboot, the SQL reporting services failed to start and was throwing an error as below"The SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER) service failed to start due to the following error:The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."Tried all the possiblites to bring this service up but worked only after reinstalling the SSRS.This error seems to be very generic.Any idea what is the Root cause of this error and why it happened... ? and how could it be prevented further ? |
