HELP with Import/Export wizard!

I have been trying to get this to work most of the afternoon - I am using the import/export wizard to run a sql script from sql server and write(export) results to excel and after I got most of the (convoluted) errors fixed, it will not export the records.
This is the results from my package, it's the last message that concerns me and i don't know how to fix this so it will export to excel.

any help would be appreciated!
