Hi all,Trying to find out if this is possible.Excel 2002 connecting to an OLAP cube on SSAS 2005I have a dimension called Revenue Group that has 3 members. They simply relate to a field that holds sale dataSo it looks like thisRevenue Group TY-Sales Revenue NET VATSale - Orig. Price 410 Sale – Discount ( 36)Full Price 10For each shop there are product groups so it looks like thisProcurement Group Revenue Group TY-Sales Revenue NET VATPERFUME Sale - Orig. Price 1 Sale - Discount 2 PERFUME Total 3 LADIES DESIGNERS Full Price 1 Sale - Orig. Price 2 Sale - Discount 3 LADIES DESIGNERS Total 7 LADIES DESIGNERS ACCESSORIES Full Price 1 Sale - Orig. Price 2 Sale - Discount 3 LADIES DESIGNERS ACCESSORIES Total 7 LADIES PRODUCTION Full Price 1 Sale - Orig. Price 2 Sale - Discount 3 LADIES PRODUCTION Total 7 Here’s the rub. The boss wants to see totals for each shop.So I need to add rows to the shop totals like thisShop 1 Sale - Orig Price Total for shop hereSale - Discount Total for shop hereFull Price Total for shop hereGrand Total 10 Does that make sense ? I have tried turning on sub totals but that does not give me the grand totals I need. It just subs the individual Procurement groupsAny ideas ?Thanks all. |
