HelloI have a database in Sql Server 2008 at home. But i m using Sql Server 2000 in my Office.I need to know is there any way to restore 2008 backup file in 2000?Thanks |

no, there's not.you can script all the objects and BCP the data out, the bulk insert it in on the 2000 db |

"and BCP the data out,"Or you can also script the data as INSERT statements - probably not a good choice if there is lots of data, but would be easier for any tables that don't have many data rows. |
