I am having an issue with sql server 2005 express.
Under the Surface area configuration, i cannot allow Local and Remote connections. It is defaulted to Local connections only and when i select Local and remote connections --> TCP/IP (or any other sub option) ,and restart the instance, it goes back to Local connections only.

Any idaeas what is keeping me from making this change?
The sql server service is running as the NT /local System account.
